Bret F. King
Throughout his nearly forty years in practice, Bret King has tried dozens of cases in several state and federal courts, primarily in Wyoming. Bret has represented injured parties from automobile, oil rig, and trucking accidents, insurance defense, construction litigation, wrongful termination, will challenges, professional malpractice, and significant asset divorce matters. Bret’s extensive litigation experience has led to numerous high profile victories, including a $12.5 million judgment for a local business owner. Mr. King’s success stems from his thorough investigation, extensive legal research, painstaking preparation, aggressive courtroom presence, and, above all, strong desire to succeed for his clients.
Spencer B. King
As a partner with King & King, LLC, Spencer's practice specializes on business and corporate litigation, mergers and acquisitions and complex construction matters.
Spencer represents and advises clients on matters such as: entity formations, financing and operational issues, corporate compliance and contract matters.
Spencer is a third generation Wyomingite who spends his free time with his wife Caitlin raising their two children in the mountains surrounding Jackson.
